The story of the campaign mode takes place after two private military contracting factions - Special Teams and Tactical Core - were established as special forces for hire, capable of executing international tactical operations. These two factions are ready to be deployed in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II 2022 multiplayer mode and special operations.
All players will automatically receive Military Mode Special Ops Soldiers for both factions, who come in four unique outfits. Troopers can also be unlocked through Campaign Mode, Multiplayer Mode and Special Operations challenges.
Additionally, Special Forces Troopers "Farrah" Carlin, Simon "Ghost" Riley, John Price, and John "Thorpe" McTavish can be obtained by pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition of "Red Squad 141" Combo Pack.
